for purchase of $800 or above (if not, a $40 delivery fee will be charged).

In general, delivery will be made in 1 to 2 days, depending on the stock

availability. We will reply through Whatsapp.

For any need of vacuum bag, we will charge an additional cost of $10 each.

Note : Delivery service is only available to Hong Kong, which include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.

You may need to arrange your own delivery for Outlying Islands or restricted districts such as Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Lamma Island,  Cheung Chau, Ping Chau, Mui Woo, Tong Fook, Po Lin Monastery, Shui Hau, Shek Pi, Tai O. Tung Chung and Hong Kong International Airport, or places where parking is not available.

In case of bad weather, such as typhoon, heavy rain, severe flooding, road blockage etc.,  delivery of ordered products may be delayed. We will inform you through Whatsapp within 24 hours to make further arrangement. Generally, delivery will be made within 7 days.  

In the case of any disputes, LWFBS reserves the right of final decision on all matters, which shall be binding on all the parties concerned.
